Before founding Kaur Realtor Brands, I worked inside one of the largest real estate marketing programs in the country — creating luxury listing copy for Northern California properties within Coldwell Banker's Listing Concierge program.

My role was not editing templates. I was writing property narratives from scratch — studying architectural details in photographs, researching neighborhoods and finishes, and producing polished copy within the tight timelines listing marketing demands. I also worked with Coldwell Banker's legal team to help develop national copy quality and compliance standards.

That experience gave me a systems-level understanding of how listing marketing is built, where it fails at scale, and what it looks like when it is done with real intention.
