How It Works
When does my two-business-day production window start?
When all three required items are confirmed: payment received, completed intake form submitted, and final approved listing photos uploaded. Partial submissions do not begin the production window. If your photos aren't ready yet, you can submit your intake form first — the window starts when photos are received and confirmed.
What do I need to submit to get started?
Payment, a completed intake form, and final approved listing photos. All three must be received before production begins. Business days are Monday–Friday, Pacific Time. Materials received by 5:00 PM Pacific are eligible to begin processing the following business day. After 5:00 PM Pacific, materials are considered received the next business day.
How does Priority Delivery work?
Priority Delivery reduces the production window to one business day and is available as an add-on when scheduling allows. All materials and photos must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacific the business day before your requested delivery date. Priority Delivery is confirmed in writing — do not schedule printing, posting, or client-facing launches based on it until written confirmation is received.
What to Expect
Do I receive editable files or Canva links?
No. All design assets are delivered as final, ready-to-use files — PNG for social, PDF for print, Google Docs or PDF for copy. Editable files, Canva links, and source files are not included. The service is designed so you receive polished, finished assets ready to deploy immediately. You are not editing or assembling anything.
Do you post the content, send the emails, or order the printing?
No. Kaur Listing Concierge produces and delivers finished marketing assets. Posting, email deployment, print ordering, MLS entry, and distribution are handled by you or your team. Your delivery folder includes a suggested launch sequence so you know exactly what to deploy and when.
