Service Policies

These policies are in place to protect the speed, quality, and consistency of every Kaur Listing Concierge order. Please review before booking.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Payment is required before the intake form is sent and before production begins. Online checkout payments are processed securely through Stripe. Zelle is available by email request only.

Payment must be submitted in full before the intake form is sent.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT receive the intake form the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.
No production begins without payment submitted.
ACH / US bank account is the preferred payment method through Stripe Checkout. Card payment is available by email request.
Zelle payment is available by email request only. Email kaurrealtorbrands@gmail.com to request Zelle payment instructions.
Submitting payment through any approved payment method confirms acceptance of these service policies.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to kaurrealtorbrands@gmail.com.

Production Timeline

The standard production window is two business days from the moment all required materials are confirmed.

The two-business-day production window begins only when all of the following are confirmed: payment submitted, intake form complete, final approved listing photos received, and all required listing details submitted.
Partial submissions do not start the production window.
Business days are Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days.
All materials must be received by 5:00 PM PT to begin processing the next business day. Materials received after 5:00 PM PT are treated as received the following business day.
The Open House and The Close each have their own two-business-day production windows, separate from The Launch, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Required Materials

All required materials must be submitted and confirmed before production begins. The intake form is sent by email after payment is submitted.

Required listing details may include: listing address, listing price, property features, square footage, location details, brokerage information, open house date and time, sold announcement details, preferred design direction, and any other package-specific information needed to produce the purchased assets.

If listing photos are not ready at the time of intake submission, the production window will not begin until final approved photos are received.
If listing photos are not received within 14 calendar days of intake submission, one follow-up will be sent. If photos are not received within 7 additional days, the order may be held pending photo receipt and must be reactivated based on current scheduling before production begins.
If submitted property details are too limited to begin writing, production will be paused and one request for additional information will be sent. The production window resumes when the requested details are received.
Photos: minimum 5 usable photos required; up to 18 high-resolution images may be submitted. Photos must be clear, well-lit, and approved for marketing use. Photos with watermarks, heavy distortion, or third-party branding restrictions may not be usable.
Clients may identify a preferred hero image in the intake form. That preference will be honored when the photo meets quality standards and fits the design.
If more than 18 photos are submitted, only the first 18 may be reviewed.

Priority Delivery

Priority Delivery is available by email request only. It is not included in the main order checkout and must be confirmed in writing and invoiced separately. To request Priority Delivery, email kaurrealtorbrands@gmail.com the same business day after completing your main order.

Priority Delivery reduces the production window to one business day. The one-business-day window begins the next business day once payment has been submitted and all required materials — completed intake form, final approved listing photos, and required listing details — have been received by 5:00 PM PT. If payment or required materials are received after 5:00 PM PT, the production window begins the following business day.
Priority Delivery is subject to scheduling availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by email.
If approved, a separate invoice for $125 will be sent by email. The Priority Delivery invoice must be paid the same business day the main order is placed — or the following business day if the main order is placed after 5:00 PM PT.
Do not schedule printing, posting, seller presentations, or client-facing launches based on Priority Delivery until written confirmation is received.
If Priority Delivery is not confirmed and separately paid, the standard two-business-day production window applies.
Priority Delivery requests received after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be reviewed the next business day.

Revisions & Copy Refinement

One complimentary copy refinement round is included for the Property Narrative and the Sphere Email only.

Revision requests must be submitted in one consolidated email within 48 hours of delivery.
The complimentary copy refinement round is limited to: factual corrections, specific wording preferences, and small detail adjustments.
The complimentary round does not include: rewriting structure, positioning angle, or tone; incorporating new information not submitted at intake; design changes; image swaps; layout changes; social caption or hashtag changes; additional email revisions; brokerage compliance edits; seller-directed rewrites; or updates caused by incorrect or changed intake information.
Complimentary revisions are completed within two business days from the date the complete revision request is received.
If an error was made by Kaur Realtor Brands despite accurate information being submitted at intake, the correction will be made at no charge.
All other changes may be handled as a paid Minor Asset Update ($75) or brokerage compliance revision ($50 per round) when available.

Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are issued once production has begun. Production status is determined by Kaur Realtor Brands based on work completed on the order.
For orders where production has not yet begun, a credit toward a future listing may be considered at the discretion of Kaur Realtor Brands. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to kaurrealtorbrands@gmail.com.
If The Close was prepaid at the Launch rate and the listing expires or is withdrawn before closing, the prepaid Close credit applies to a future listing for 6 months.

Scope of Service

Kaur Listing Concierge includes only the deliverables listed in the package or add-ons purchased at the time of payment.

This service is designed to provide focused listing marketing execution, not unlimited custom marketing support.
The following are not included unless specifically stated: strategy, consulting, campaign planning, custom redesigns, additional assets, posting, email deployment, print ordering, MLS entry, brokerage compliance review, and post-delivery changes.
Requests outside the purchased package may require a separate quote or add-on fee.
Add-ons selected before production begins may be included in the same production cycle when timing allows. Add-ons requested after production has begun are produced as a separate order with their own production window.

Client Responsibilities

By submitting the intake form, the client confirms that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and approved for marketing use.

This includes: property details, listing price, square footage, features, location descriptions, open house details, seller-approved language, brokerage-approved information, logos, photos, and brand assets.
The client confirms they have the legal right to use all submitted photos, logos, and brand materials.
The client is responsible for reviewing all delivered assets before publishing, printing, distributing, sending, or submitting them to the MLS or any other platform.
Kaur Realtor Brands is not responsible for errors that result from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information submitted during intake. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and final information at the time of intake.
Minor updates needed after intake or delivery due to new, updated, or incorrect client-provided information are available as a paid Minor Asset Update at $75 per update.

Compliance & Fair Housing

All copy is written with Fair Housing awareness and AP style standards in mind.
Final brokerage review, MLS review, legal review, and approval before publishing are the responsibility of the listing agent.
Compliance-related edits requested by a brokerage after delivery are available as a paid revision round at $50 per round.

Asset Use & Template Protection

All final assets are produced for the specific listing purchased. They are ready to use as delivered — no further design work is required.

Final assets may be used by the client for the marketing of the purchased listing only.
Editable design files are not included. Canva links, working templates, source files, layered design files, and creative frameworks are not provided and remain the property of Kaur Realtor Brands.
Final assets may not be resold, repackaged, copied into reusable templates, shared as editable files, or recreated for use outside the purchased listing.
Design systems, creative frameworks, and template structures developed by Kaur Realtor Brands remain proprietary, regardless of how final delivered assets are used.

File Delivery

All assets are delivered through a shared Google Drive folder, organized by asset type.
Social media assets are delivered as PNG files. Flyer assets are delivered as PDF files. Copy documents may be delivered as Google Docs or PDFs.
Delivery folders remain accessible for 30 days from the delivery date. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving all final files within that window. Access is not extended after expiry.
Kaur Realtor Brands is not responsible for files not downloaded before access expires.
Editable design files are not included. All design assets are delivered as final, ready-to-use files. Canva links, working templates, source files, and layered design files are not provided.
